Who we are
Colleen Russell-Rawlins is a skilled leadership consultant and executive strategist with expertise in talent development in empowering organizations and leaders to achieve sustainable success. Over the course of her career, Colleen held a variety of roles such as Teacher and Principal Coach, Supervisory Officer, Program Specialist, and Director at Canada’s two largest school boards. Colleen specializes in executive consulting, recruitment, policy and program development/review, creating sustainable and scalable resources, public speaking, and fostering high-impact partnerships.
Lynn Strangway is an experienced leadership consultant and educational writer with expertise in career coaching, mentorship, sponsorship, talent development and building strong, inclusive and diverse teams. Throughout Lynn’s career she held a variety of roles such as Teacher, Coach, Principal, Student Achievement Officer, Executive Superintendent, and Associate Director. Lynn is passionate about and focused on leadership development, talent and recruitment, coaching, mentoring and program/policy review.
